10/15/2026 Update - Breakfast Pockets, Cookie Dough, Nut Clusters
If you need a cozy breakfast for the weekend, we have you covered! We just made Banana Bread and Breakfast Pockets, and tomorrow is Cinnamon Roll Day! (Vanilla, Maple, & Plain)
We don’t make the Breakfast Pockets very often (they are a LOT of work!) but we have extra Ozark Bacon on hand and they really are good. We chop up Ozark Bacon, cook it in a little butter in a big skillet, add scrambled eggs, and once they are cooked, add country gravy, which binds it all together nicely. Then, we make them the same way we do bierocks. Bread dough, American cheese, pinch the corners and bake until browned. 8 per box, $30
My mom came for a visit this week, and that is always good news for our cookie dough fans! We have Chocolate Chip, M&M, Reese’s Pieces, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal w/Chopped Raisins, Oatmeal w/Butterscotch, and Sugar dough in stock. She also brought us nut clusters - peanut, pecan, cashew, and almond.
Current freezer stock: Spare Ribs, Spinach-Artichoke Dip, Ozark Bacon, Bacon, Sausage, Pork Cutlets, Pork Chops, Mini Chicken Pot Pie, Mini Taco Cornbread Casserole, Mini Shepherd’s Pie, Pumpkin Roll, Apple Pie, Shepherd’s Pie, Taco Cornbread Casserole, Apple-Pear-Cranberry Pie, Carrot Cake, Peach Crumb Pie, Peach Pie, Chicken Pot Pie, Apple Crumb Pie, Razzle Dazzle Pie, Breakfast Pockets, Lasagna, Chocolate Zucchini Cake, Cherry Pie, Apple Crisp, Mocha Banana Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Peach Crisp, cookie dough (listed above.)
We’ll be tucking all the plants into the greenhouse until it warms up on Saturday. Mums are really tough plants, but between the wind and frost threat, we’d rather keep them looking their best. You may want to give your fall flowers a little extra protection, too!
