Welcome to our farm at The Fork in the Road! Our honor-system market is open 6:00 am - 10:00 pm for your shopping convenience. We carry home raised beef and pork, fruits and vegetables, local honey & jams, locally roasted coffee - as well as a variety of homemade food: pies, carrot cake, cookie dough, banana bread, and take-and-bake casseroles… we change it up with the seasons, so you never know what you’ll find! We bake cinnamon rolls every Friday morning - get them warm and gooey as early as 7:00 a.m. (First come, first served.)

We do not accept credit cards, but cash, check, venmo, and paypal are all accepted. We live here and are always happy to help - call anytime!

4/9/2026 Update - Plants Delivery (including tomatoes) & JoBos BBQ Sauce

We are now carrying locally-famous JoBos BBQ Sauce. We’ve enjoyed their sauce (& cooking!) at the annual Riley Fall Festival BBQ Competition for years, and they’ve recently gotten licensed for selling their products retail. We really like the milder “Bronze”, “Smokey”, and “Original” - but if you like spicy sauce, they’ve got you covered. One variety even comes with caution tape - consider yourselves warned! $9/jar

Our plant delivery arrived yesterday! We received the following:

Annual 6 packs - $4 - ageratum, begonia, gomphrena, hypoestes, impatiens, marigolds, portulaca (rose moss), salvia, snapdragon, verbena, Cora upright vinca.

Accent Individual - $4 - lizard leaf celosia, dichondra, eucalyptus, juncus grass (Blue Arrows, Twister), lotus, mezoo, Corsican mint, wire vine, Swedish ivy, plectanthus, several types of sedum, succulents, vinca vine

Annual Individual - $6 - angelonia, bacopa, begonia, caladium, calibrachoa, canna, coleus, crossandra, dahlia, euphorbia, fuschia, geranium, lantana, nasturtium, petunias, portulaca, salvia, verbena, Cora cascade vinca

Perennial Individual - $6 - agastache, ajuga (bugleweed), silver mound artemisia, coreopsis (tickseed), delosperma (ice plant), dianthus, erysimum, gaillardia (blanket flowers), fescue grass, heuchera (coral bells), lavender, perovskia (Russian sage), salvia, shasta daisy.

Herbs - $4 - Basil, lemon grass, mint, oregano, rosemary.

Finally, please excuse the mess while we do a little tidying up. It always gets worse before it gets better… at least that’s how it seems to work for me! We should have extended parking soon, and we plan to use the little old shed for straw bales once we have more after wheat harvest.
