6/19/2026 Update - Gooseberry Pie, Bierocks, Peaches, and more...
We are beginning to hit the season of local, fresh produce! We have local: tomatoes, candy onions, green beans, zucchini, & cucumbers and we have both California & Missouri peaches in stock. (They are GOOD.) We still have a handful of Mulberry Rhubarb Pie and we just made our yearly big batch of Gooseberry Pie and our first batch of Peach Crisp. Other items we made this week include: Carrot Cake, Apple Crisp, Bierocks and today’s Cinnamon Rolls.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came and helped clear out the greenhouse with our 50% & 75% off sale! Tuesday night & Wednesday morning we finished clearing everything out and receive a new load of combo pots to keep around this summer. We won’t have any more plant sales this year - everything will be priced as marked. We received the following:

Wheat harvest has begun in the area, and we received our straw bales for the year. We will be storing them in the little old calf shed by the store, restocking as needed. $8/bale - call ahead and we’ll be happy to help load them! Father’s Day cards are in stock, and in case you haven’t seen it, we are carrying Hildebrand ice cream mix. Yum.
