Reserve Your Hog
We’ve got 25 hogs scheduled to go to the butcher on March 24th and we are once again partnering with Clay Center Locker/Diamond A Processing to offer flat rates for both the hogs and processing! These prices include everything - pig, processing, curing, & sales tax. (There may be an extra processing fee if you want a LOT of specialty items - just ask when giving cutting instructions.)
PRICING:
To Us - Pig: $260 (whole), $130 (half), $65 (quarter)
To Locker - Processing: $370 (whole), $185 (half), $100 (quarter)
TOTAL COSTS: $630 (whole), $315 (half), $165 (quarter)
We guarantee that you will take home at least 150 lbs. of pork for a whole hog, making the average price around $4.20/lbs.
